Who Is Zeeshan From Jama Taqseem
Jama Taqseem is a drama that is winning hearts for its very strong content. The one track that is the talk of the town is the harassment of Sidra by her cousin Zeeshan. Two young actors are performing these characters and they both garnered a lot of appreciation. Zeesan is played by Elahi Bux Khan and this is his second project. He was a guest on Fuchsia and spoke about his journey till now.
Early Life & Education
Elahi Bux Khan aka Zeeshan from Jama Taqseem hails from Mir Pur Khaas. His family has feudal roots and they own mango gardens there. He always had an artistic bent and wanted to be an actor. He initially took admission in FAST in the IT field but he switched to NAPA after two years of his degree. Before he graduated from NAPA, he was offered his very first drama. Thus the switch worked out for him.

Elahi Bux Khan shared that he was a bit skeptical that his character might look too negative on screen. Director Ali Hassan took him in confidence and shared that this character has layers. He is a harasser but the story will involve more things. He comes from a theatre background and he has performed both positive and negative characters there. He just wanted to make sure that he does good work and he knew television has a bigger audience.

Elahi Bux Khan shared that he is a very family-oriented person. He is close to his parents and sister. He has a few close friends and he hangs out with them a lot but he is far closer to his family. He always shares all his grievances and thoughts with his family and they have been very supportive.

Talking about it, Nayyar Ejaz didn’t hesitate to mention some big names from the Pakistani entertainment industry. He said, “Nadeem Sahab (Nadeem Baig) used to come late on set. Our film actor Shaan Shahid also used to arrive late. The rest of the actors would usually come on time. Yes, nowadays, there’s a girl named Sonya Hussyn — she is a great actor, but she comes late on set.”
