vivo X300 Ultra Specs and Camera Upgrades Emerge in New Report
The vivo X300 Ultra has been the subject of multiple leaks and rumors, with expectations of significant camera upgrades, including dual 200-megapixel rear sensors. A new report from a Weibo tipster has now revealed additional details about the phone’s design and imaging system.
Build and Design Claims
According to the tipster, the vivo X300 Ultra is expected to be the heaviest among current Ultra-branded smartphones. The weight is attributed to the use of high-quality components and premium hardware.
Camera and Night Photography Upgrades
The handset is said to feature a new Zeiss coating that reportedly improves night photography performance. The tipster also claims the phone will debut a redesigned telephoto lens assembly.
Previous leaks have pointed to the inclusion of a new 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera on the Ultra model.
Reported Specifications
In terms of camera hardware, the vivo X300 Ultra is rumored to carry dual 200-megapixel rear cameras, a larger ultrawide camera, and a 5-megapixel multispectral sensor.
The phone is expected to run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 Elite system-on-chip and is tipped to include a battery with a capacity of 7,000mAh or larger.
The display is said to be a 6.82-inch BOE LTPO panel.
Expected Launch and Market Outlook
The device is tipped to launch in China in March. The tipster predicts that sales could exceed 200 million Chinese yuan.
A global launch is also expected following the initial release in China.
