Telenor Pakistan Transforms Its Charging and Billing System to Enable Next-Generation Digital Services
Telenor Pakistan has successfully completed the world’s largest One-go migration of all prepaid and postpaid provisioned customer base of 90 million to next-generation Charging and Billing System (CBS). The newly deployed cloud-native CBS is hosted on a private cloud with enhanced service resilience, geo-redundancy, and high scalability. Built to support a rapidly expanding digital ecosystem, the platform enables development of next-generation digital services, faster time-to-market and seamless digital integration through more than 100 APIs.
The successful migration is a testament to the tireless collaboration of cross-functional teams from Telenor Pakistan, Huawei, OEMs and suppliers cutting across multiple functions within technology and business, working closely to ensure smooth and uninterrupted cutover.
