Beo Raana Zafar is a very talented artist who has shown the world time and again how she can beautifully transition into any character. She has appeared in some very niche projects but she was recently featured in two of the biggest dramas, Meem Se Mohabbat and Jama Taqseem. She was loved by millions for her role as Shahida Baji in Jama Taqseem and she brought a natural flair and beauty to that character. She was a guest on Fuchsia and as a woman who has been happily married for 40 years, she had a lot of wisdom to share.

Beo Raana Zafar compared the marriages between older couples and what has changed nowadays. She has a very balanced view of the times and shared her wise opinions. She said that nowadays, there is more honesty between couples as they will say what is on their minds. But at the same time, there was a lot of “lihaz” and camaraderie back in the day which kept a marriage intact. Forgiveness and acceptance on both sides was what brought so much stability in marriages. She added that no one is perfect and sometimes when you do not criticize, things go well.

Beo Raana Zafar also spoke about the Islamic view of marriages and how a man should be treating a woman. She said that Islam directs men to provide and protect their women. If things are actually that way, and children grow up seeing how their father respects their mother, they will grow into fine human beings. She added that children learn more by example than words. She said that there are certain roles that a man and woman do end up playing and a woman is biologically inclined to have children and create a family if her man is giving her the right environment.

Waseem Badami is a host, businessman and a man whose name is always on top for the Ramadan transmissions. He has been leading the Ramada transmission for ARY Digital for years now and he has a whole dedicated team which works with him. For his children’s segment, Umer Shah, brother of Ahmed Shah was also a permanent guest. The world was shocked when little Umer passed away last year.

Umer Shah passed away after a brief illness and the whole nation mourned for the little one. Ramadan is approaching again and Ahmed Shah shared a sweet old memory of the little boy.
