No new stories of your acting adventures or trips, no more playing cards or fighting over the fact that someone cheated in ludo (because nana tou nai haar sakte ludo mein). We’ll miss meeting you before every exam where ‘nana mere liye bohat dua karni hai’ took us a long way and how good a result we had to bring because we used to get money from Nana. We want to tell you that all your grandchildren will make sure to carry your legacy forward, the way you were kind to everyone and had the biggest heart a person could have. We love you and we always will. – apke pyare bache. Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return.” Read here:
Talking to the media, his younger daughter said, “How can a daughter feel after her father’s death? It seems that I have lost my shelter; it’s a painful time for us. I came home from the hospital last night and just got the news that he passed away. He was a loving husband, loving father, and a caring friend. Everyone praises him. He was so kind with his daughters. Till the time he was conscious, he was replying to all the questions. Ultimately, we all have to die, so we should remember our final destination. He used to get sick more often but would recover. This time, he has a severe cardiac arrest along with renal failure at an older age, so he couldn’t recover. It became the reason for his death.” Watch here:
Talking about his death, his brother said, “We had a close relationship. I can’t express our relationship in words. He was like a saint, a loving person who used to shower love on everyone. He was a caring person. I have no words to express my grief. Asim was deeply in love with his mother. He was a learned man, who loved to discuss Bullah Shah, and the last thing we discussed was Bullah Shah. When I was leaving him, he just stopped me and said, ‘Let me share another verse of Bhullah Shah with you.’ Asim had no negativity; he was a positive and constructive person. His wife is a great woman who took care of him through thick and thin. She is an ideal lady.”

I had bought a brand new iPhone from the Apple Store in the UK which got me excited. I went to a bakery wearing a red coat and was thinking about taking pictures. We sat in a cafe with my friend when a girl came and started pointing towards the cookies. I thought she was asking for cookies, so I offered her one. She then put a paper over my phone and she and her partner did some kind of scam and smoothly stole my phone and the cookie. She had a finesse in her hand and stole the phone so smoothly that I didn’t even realize it. My sister came and asked what happened. I started searching for my phone in my coat’s pocket which wasn’t there and then the friend with me said, ‘I thought she had been mugged’. I got traumatized after this and didn’t come out of the house. Later, my sister bought me another iPhone, after which I felt normal again.”

Ali Abbas On Why Waseem Abbas Did Not Support His Acting
Ali Abbas is an actor who started his career nearly a decade ago. He is the son of veteran star Waseem Abbas and grandson of Inayat Hussain Bhatti. The star is also known for his own natural way of bringing characters to the screen and he has a dedicated fan following. He was a guest on Zabardast by Wasi Shah and spoke about his father’s opposition to his acting passion.
Ali Abbas shared that he is a very happy person. He is happy with his financial positioning too as he never thinks that he needs a bigger car or a bigger house. He is happy with where he is at today and loves how he has managed to overcome rejections and obstacles to reach this position. He added that he is self-made and his father had told him that he will not help him or call anyone on his behalf thus his current success keeps him satisfied.
This is what he said:
Ali Abbas also spoke about how Waseem Abbas himself was an actor but he still opposed Ali Abbas’s acting and wanted him to take the CSS exam. He shared that this was the same case with his father and grandfather. He feels it is not okay how parents push you towards something as a profession which you are not passionate about. But now he understands, how this profession is not stable and no parent wants to see their child struggle when they have seen the same struggles in their own time. Therefore, his father was probably not too keen on him becoming an actor.
