Does Behroze Sabzwari Regret His Controversial Statements
Behroze Sabzwari is a senior Pakistani television and film actor known for his iconic characters like Nosha and Qabacha in the timeless classics Khuda Ki Basti and Tanhaiyan. His other notable dramas include Yunhi, Zindagi Gulzar Hai, Humsafar, Khumar and others. Currently, fans are praising his performance in Geo TV’s hit drama serial Mohra. Behroze Sabzwari often makes headlines for his controversial statements, including remarks on women’s dressing and blaming them for divorces. His most controversial statement was about former Pakistani prime minister Imran Khan, which drew significant backlash. Besides this, he also spoke on some military figures which ignited severe backlash.
Recently, Behroze Sabzwari appeared in a short chit-chat session with journalist Maliha Rehman at the press event of Neelofar. During the conversation, he opened up about his controversial statements in the podcasts or interviews.
When replying to Maliha’s question about whether he regrets those statements, he said, “Yes, I do regret my statements because the truth slips out of my mouth. My family is quite worried about this nature of mine. Now I’m very reluctant; I do care a lot now. That’s why I have stopped doing podcasts, because broadcasters and podcasters do this for the sake of money. They take out masala and controversial content and twist words the way they want because people love it. They should feel ashamed. It is one thing to be trapped in a controversy — but tell me, is there any problem in speaking the truth?” Here is the link to the video:

Khalil ur Rehman Qamar said that Mahira Khan is a great artist. They had a very respectful relationship and a friendship. He just cannot forgive her for the words she used. She could have disagreed with him but those words are what strained their equation. He added that he wishes that he will be able to forgive her for those words.
