Talking about her mother, Hina, Afridi said, “It was so difficult to cope with my mother’s loss; it’s almost impossible for anyone to forget about their mother because when she is alive, you know there is someone behind you praying for your protection. Azfar, I miss my mother so much. You know when my drama was going on air, Ammi was quite excited about it. She used to say that she will watch it but.. (Hina cried in the middle). I was so relieved when she was alive that someone prayed; now I feel afraid. I had a great relationship with my mother; I used to trade her that you aren’t sick. I was quiet when I heard her death news. I can hide my emotions; I am strong like her. Like her, I can handle any tough situation.
