Oppo A6i and A6v Let You Have Up to 7,000 mAh Battery For Cheap

Oppo has introduced two new entry-level smartphones, the Oppo A6i+ and Oppo A6v, expanding its A-series lineup with a focus on large batteries and affordable pricing. Both models target users looking for extended daily use and modern features at lower price points.

Design and Display

Both the Oppo A6i+ and Oppo A6v feature a 6.75-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The panels reach up to 1,125 nits of peak brightness, which is intended to improve visibility in outdoor conditions. The screens also support DC dimming.

In terms of durability, the Oppo A6i+ carries an IP69 rating for water and dust resistance, while the Oppo A6v is rated IP64. Both devices include glove mode and wet touch support for improved usability in different conditions. A side-mounted fingerprint scanner handles biometric security.

Color options differ between the two models. The Oppo A6i+ is available in Glacier White and Chestnut Brown. The Oppo A6v comes in Glacier Blue, Titanium Purple, and Wilderness Green.

Internals and Software

The two phones run on the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor. The Oppo A6v is offered with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. The Oppo A6i+ provides higher-end configurations, reaching up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage.

Both devices ship with Android 15 and Oppo’s ColorOS 15 interface. The software package includes a range of AI-powered tools designed to enhance everyday usage.

Cameras

On the back, both models feature a 50-megapixel main camera. For selfies and video calls, the Oppo A6i+ includes a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, while the Oppo A6v is equipped with an 8-megapixel selfie camera.

Battery and Pricing

Battery capacity is one of the main differences between the two models. The Oppo A6v is powered by a 7,000 mAh battery, while the Oppo A6i+ uses a 6,500 mAh cell. Both devices support 45W wired fast charging.

Pricing for the Oppo A6i+ in China starts at about $216 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. The 12GB RAM and 256GB storage version is priced at about $230, while the 12GB RAM and 512GB storage model is listed at about $259.

The Oppo A6v is priced at about $172 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage configuration.

International launches will likely follow soon.
