As we grow older, we lose cheek fat, but in Ramsha’s case, her cheeks look more defined, which is also well done. Her nasal bridge appears straighter now and has successfully masked a small hump that was visible before. I don’t see any major surgical work done in her case— just a few enhancements are there.
