Symmetry Group Limited has signed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire LogoDesignGuru (LDG), a U.S.-based digital branding and technology company.

In a filing submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, Symmetry Group said it has executed a share purchase agreement to acquire LogoDesignGuru.com Inc, a United States-based company operating AI-powered design platforms, digital asset marketplaces, and hybrid design service models for global customers.

The company said LogoDesignGuru is expected to generate revenue of around Rs. 200 million during the current year and is already operating at a healthy level of profitability.

Following the acquisition, Symmetry Group expects earnings to improve further through cost optimization, operational efficiencies and revenue growth initiatives, with revenues projected to rise at a steady year-on-year pace.

The acquisition follows earlier approval of Symmetry Group’s investment plan and aligns with the company’s strategy to grow its international footprint and enhance its platform-led digital capabilities. The group said further details will be shared with the market as appropriate.
